Grounded in evidence-based practices, each program includes 8 engaging group sessions and 3 personalized individual sessions, along with a pre-program consultation to tailor the experience to your child’s needs. Families also benefit from the opportunity to connect, share, and learn alongside others on a similar journey—creating a supportive community every step of the way.

It Takes Two to Talk®

It Takes Two to Talk®, The Hanen Program® for Parents of Children with Language Delays is an evidence-based, naturalistic program designed to help parents participate in the development of their child’s language skills.  Parents of children with language delays attend weekly classes designed to help them identify their child’s communication styles and strengths, as well as their needs. They then learn to implement strategies during everyday routines that will improve their child’s understanding and use of language.

    More Than Words®

More Than Words®, The Hanen Program® for Parents of Autistic Children or Children Who May Benefit from Social Communication Support, is a parent class that assists parents in identifying what motivates their child to communicate, setting goals based on their child’s strengths, expanding interactions, and identifying and using strategies that help your child understand communication.

    TalkAbility

TalkAblity™, The Hanen Program® for Parents of Autistic Children Who Are Speaking in Sentences and Having Conversations, is a parent class that assists parents in identifying and using strategies when interacting with their child that  encourages longer, more meaningful conversations, helps their children understand and use nonverbal social messages, expands play skills, and encourages friendship skills.
